I do a tortellini soup that starts in the crock pot with chopped Italian sausage, can of tomatoes, chopped green and red pepper, beef broth and chopped yellow onion. Crockpot on low from the early morning. When you get home from work, cook tortellin in separate pot. Drain, add to soup and garnish with parmesaan.
